Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gkbaje ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the gkbaje website, platform, games, betting services, promotions, and any related features accessible via gkbaje.app (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, accessing the website, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by gkbaje, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account with gkbaje at any time. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid mobile number, and a chosen username and password. gkbaje reserves the right to verify this information at any point through its Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures, which may include requesting copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time password (OTP) with any third party. gkbaje will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. You must notify the support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

Deposits made from third-party accounts, anonymous sources, or accounts not registered in your own name are prohibited and may result in account suspension and fund seizure pending investigation.

• Players who have opted into a bonus must complete all associated wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal. Requesting a withdrawal prior to meeting wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint relating to any aspect of the gkbaje Service, you should contact the support team in the first instance via live chat, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6), or by email at [email protected]. Please provide your registered username, a clear description of the complaint, and any relevant supporting information.

gkbaje will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and aims to provide a final resolution within 14 calendar days of receipt. Where a complaint requires additional investigation — for example, in relation to a disputed bet settlement or account access issue — the resolution timeline may be extended, and you will be kept informed of progress.

gkbaje's decision on any complaint shall be final and binding, subject only to any applicable legal rights you may have under the laws of Bangladesh.

Account Suspension & Termination

gkbaje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information;
• Suspected or confirmed underage gambling (under 21 years of age);
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions;
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers;
• Use of automated tools, bots, or prohibited software;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Please note that voluntary account closure constitutes a self-exclusion request and the same conditions apply.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Service that cannot be resolved through gkbaje's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
